This is an excellent book for the Clinical Nurse Leader Curriculum. Lots of insight into care environment management. The case studies are a bit tedious. Also, the organization of the first 8 chapters is irrational. Chapters 13 and beyond offer practicle application tools for a CNL project

buku ini tentang bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di microsystem clinic, dimana dokter - perawat bertemu dan melayani pasien dan masyarakat.

belum selesai baca.... akan ditambah setelah selesai baca bukunya.
