I read the Korean-only section first. Usually I read each story twice for meaning. I use the glossary in the back to look up any new words. Then I check my comprehension by going to Section 1 which has the English translation. I double-check any unfamiliar or confusing words. After that, I return to Section 2 and read the Korean-only story again, maybe just once, but maybe several times. I usually read it aloud at least once during that time. I've started using the accompanying video to check my phrasing. I read along with the video. I plan to review this book because it was more challenging for me than Level 3 (which is as it should be). The stories are interesting and get more difficult as the lessons progress.
