This one is a ‘re-read’ for me someday, if I can find another copy. This book follows Ann as a now married woman & the adventures of their first 10 years together as she walks along the joys & devastating sorrows that life brings. She paves the way for women (her sister & students) after her with grace & empathy. Her love of the land, family heritage, and faith made this book very nostalgic for me.
