About the author

Mizue Tani is a female light novel writer from Mie prefecture. Graduated from Mie University, in 1997 she won the 6th Shueisha Roman Grand Prize Honorable Mention thanks to her work "Paradise Renaissance-Paradise Revival". One of the most representative works of Mizue Tani is the "Count of Cobalt Bunko and the fairy" series. Her first work for the general public was "I will repair it at the time of memory". It was a hit, selling over 200,000 copies in Japan.

The third novel in the "Earl and Fairy" Series was just as delighting as the first to.
Lydia is now working for Edgar as a fairy doctor, though she doesn't have much real work to do at all. Instead, Edgar claims to be in love with Lydia, confusing her even more. She isn't sure about her place in the world, and in London's "season", but she is sure of one thing - that Edgar isn't really in love with her!
If all that hadn't been confusing enough, an old acquaintance of Lydia turns up unexpectedly - Kelpie, a male water-horse fairy, has found the Moonstone and now he wants Lydia to marry him and live in the fairy world...

Terza avventura per Edgar e Lydia. Sicuramente migliore del secondo, a mio parere: entrano in scena nuovi personaggi (in particolare il kelpie Kain), scopiamo qualcosa di più sulla figura leggendaria del Blue Knight Earl, e sorgono nuovi interrogativi: perché il Principe ha puntato proprio la famiglia di Edgar? Cosa c'entra lui con il conte leggendario?
Il finale con le fate l'ho trovato un po' frettoloso (possibile che si accontentino di una risposta del genere? Va beh che per loro gli anni umani non sono nulla, ma...) e il comportamento di Lydia sta iniziando a stancarmi: va bene che Edgar non è un santo, ma, secondo lei, anche in punto di morte lui stava mentendo sui suoi sentimenti?

This volume was so good! I love how Edgar is getting more and more aware about his feelings and I wish Lydia do the same very soon :)

Ahhh I love this volume so much!!! Edgar is such a flirt, I love him! We also meet Kelpie in this volume so that’s a plus.
