This book might have been interesting if I had found it to be so; When you are exploring Amazon, this is what I should have know before buying this, there are certain subjects, such as "building your own server" when the apparently low price for a text, a second hand text, indicates, that this will only be useful if you are either have access to a time machine, or stuck in an a country where the past is the state of the art.
Even when it was published it must have been old, and its only value was at deadline times when it became necessary to flick through its pages. I did get together a server, but based on anything that I found in these pages.
Don't blame it on the author, the book, the publishers, or the seller; I should have known before I bought the book.
