I enjoyed the motif tutorial sections, but found the stencil sections overworked. I understand the book came with a kit, but I don't personally have the rest of the kit so I skipped over nearly half the book.
Also, there was no visual aid for making your own henna tubes or exact recipes to try. Those could have enhanced the reading experience greatly.
Overall, skipping irrelevant sections, the designs are nice and the practice section was worthwhile for a beginner.
