This is probably the single MOS T important health-oriented book I have EVER read, and I am preparing a summary and recommendation which I will then mail to my entire e-mail list.

Magnesium is so important for general health and doubly so when you have a serious disease (such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis). It plays important roles in heart health, muscle function, neurological function and so much more.

This book talks a lot about how magnesium can help in many different conditions and gives lots of examples and case studies.

Overall, this is a book I wiould recommend to others, and I certainly agree with the author's message that magnesium is often deficient and that magnesium oil is one of the best ways to boost your levels. However, the book could really have done with more information on applying magnesium oil, as another reviewer has also said.

I preferred the way the magnesium information was set out on Sircus's website, rather than in this book....but this is still an excellent book! All you really need to know though is to try some magnesium oil (starting at a low dose and working up, depending on how you feel) and see what it does for you.

I'm using it daily and my dad says it has worked wonders for his muscle pain and headaches.

This guy is really, really an evangelist for magnesium, to the point where I began to question the book's validity....however, what do I know, we can only read and read and try to get to the bottom of it all...I did order some magnesium oil, though, in the hope that it will help me to get to sleep a bit more quickly....and also help with my aches and pains....fingers crossed it's not all hype

Magnesium Oil Treatments

No matter your ailment, please try using Magnesium Oil first. In many ways one would call this a miracle medicine. Not only is it fast acting and simple to use, it can bring about a quick relief of pain. Good luck and you will be so happy you have read this wonderful little book. It is a life saver.

I read this book and 2 others on the subject of Transdermal Magnesium 2 years ago. I successfully used oral Magnesium, as vitamin therapy for pain inflammation. So, I used the insights in this book to increase my use of magnesium therapy in my bath etc with great success. I highly recommend the information in this book, originally recommended to me by my physical therapist after a car accident.

A useful, interesting read. My sister recommended it, and I know years ago when I had applied Kinesiology sessions I always tested low in magnesium. Lots of references, case histories and examples. Valuable
