It's a really long-winded version of the little signs you see outside the cages at a pet store. However, it does give you a detailed run down of the very, very many variations of conure... from the tiny green-cheeked to the massive patagonian conure. So-so, my friends, so-so.

Fun to read, but didn’t teach me anything profound. Lots of pretty pictures and good synopsis of different conure species, including info about their wild habitats which I found interesting. Even went into depth on two extinct species.

Owning a conure is much more rewarding (and also sometimes difficult) than any book can describe! Make sure you do your homework! I would recommend checking out birdtricks.com and follow their YouTube channel.
