Dragons are not major characters in the third outing of The Dragons trilogy. I usually love Colin Thompson's books but this is not one of my favourites it seems lazy to me as though he has slapped a story together without much thought. As though he did not really care about it at all. Everyone seems to die or be tortured and then die. Just for shock value I guess. Try his other books like the Flood series especially the first half dozen or so This one is a bit disappointing.
