This is a book for intellectuals on theory and an experiment as to whether anyone is left in the world who can still differentiate between wheat and chaff. Is the reading worth it? Yes, if you are interested in Psychology, Design by Development, Art, Politics, Creativity, Creative writing, sexuality, English, Literature, Education, Critical theory, History, India past and present, philosophy,inter- textuality, transdiciplinarity and a host of other things. In other words if you are interested in eclecticism, serious thought, hermetic-ism, esoteric writing, auto-didacticism and hermeneutics this is the book for you. Read carefully to get the most out of this enjoyable but densely written book.

The design is bad and the font size, proof reading and editing awful but the contents are worth reading.

Another review of my first book.
Dear Koshy, Thank you very much for sending me an e-copy of your book. I would have finished reading it long ago but my time for reading took a back seat when my brother and his family came to visit, then Ramadan and Eid festival and so on./ Two weeks ago, I began reading the essays in earnest. If I were to use just one word to describe the book I would choose “enlightening”. Every essay is a cache of knowledge with thought-provoking ideas and suggestions. The essays are replete with references and case studies to substantiate your viewpoint. I like the manner in which each topic is underpinned by extensive research./ Being a student of B.Sc Home-Economics, I had Education as one of my subjects in final year. Though it was mostly related to elementary education; model/ designs (Kindergarten, Nursery, and Montessori) we did study the theories of learning (Connectionist, behaviorist) concepts, designs, and development of curriculum (Hilda Taba), taxonomy of educational objectives, importance of evaluation and test designs. Your essays connected to education brought all that up in my mind. Topic 1,5 and 9 in your book are my favorites./ I wouldn’t say the book was an ‘airport fiction’; I had to keep a dictionary and Google search page open all the while./ Thank you once again for sharing your ‘nothing’ and ‘something’, the ‘meaningless’, and the ‘note-worthy’!/ God bless! Righteous Fool
