This is a very good book about finding constructive ways to deal with the different types of employee negativity . I've loaned it to three managers in the hope that they would actually do something with it , but they've all returned it unread .

Although I have stepped down from management, I still found some good advice in this book. Really as "just an employee" once again my main objective is to stay positive myself.
