I read this book to my nephew. He loves super heroes. The colors are bright and vivid and it’s action packed. I wish it had a deeper moral to the story in addition to good eliminating evil.

My 6-year-old really enjoys reading these Super-Pet books to me. This particular book gave me the chance to show him the opening to the 1970s TV show "Shazam!" that I watched as a child. Ha! He wasn't too impressed.

This is just one title in an excellent series about your favorite superheroes pets. And, yes, they too are super-powered! This one focuses on Hoppy the Marvel Bunny, pet of Captain Marvel! SHAZAM! Another good choice for Summer Reading 2015, Every Hero Has a Story.
