Solid accompaniment to a fantastic course in prokaryotic molecular genetics. Beware that this field is changing so rapidly that several important emerging topics are not included, or minimally so, such as CRISPR to name one example. A comprehensive course should include additional resources, which is par for the course in molecular biology these days.
