This was a slow read for me because it's written like a boring law paper or text book. It would have been more interesting if it had stories or examples to illustrate the points. The value that this book offered was the example forms in the back (chapter 14).

The authors are both lawyers and that comes through in their writings. Although the text is informative and comprehensive, the repetitive language and dusty formality made this a challenging read for me.
