I loved this book. As a massive Star Wars nerd I've been interested in learning more about the cannon, both current and legends, this story is a great in-between for episodes five and six. The introduction of a new criminal organization besides Crimson Dawn was a nice touch. Along with adding a new side villain that's not entirely human was a good creative decision.
Literally a very much abridged version of 'adult novel'. Dialog and scenes are exactly as they are in original, no new insight just fewer scenes and abriviated conversations.
Would be a good, quick read if you did not have access to Steve Perry's novel.
For anyone confused about why this book has two different authors, this one is the "junior novelization" of the original novel. It's been rewritten for a younger audience.
