Very easy to read, great for middle school. Of course it seems a bit rushed because of the length of the book, but the message comes across and the book even offers some valuable information after the story itself.

A little cringey at times with the cliché-y characters. However, it's ok if you are just starting out in German. A somewhat good of a book for beginners..
