"Serena and David's " adventure was pleasantly magnificent, the author has a penchant for involving all the old and new "Cole/Diaz" family. I enjoyed this book of the "Hideaway" series with enough action and intriguing parts.
The ultimate trade agreement took place when David step foot on Costa Rica's soil. What was to be only be a two week stay to closed out business turned into so much more. You had your hostage takeover. Your family strife. Your government dictatorship. Your independent strong woman. All set to see how David and Serena would merge together. It was good to see Joshua and Mateo as they would be integral parts in how the story unfolded.
The one thing I love about the hideaway series characters lives intermingle in each book. In each series you get a glimpse on the other family members. In this series it was nice to finally become enthralled in Davids love story. In addition how Joshua fit inside the family dynamic.
