This book should be read by anyone interested in animal rights or going vegetarian/vegan. Filled with fascinating stories, facts and figures this book turned a light on inside me and it has never gone off since. Absolutely fabulous!

Well, I thought that Steven King's "It" was a horror story...
This is a must read for those who are or want to be vegetarians, vegans or care about where what they eat comes from...
It is not for the faint-hearted and is quite shocking...
