There are so many good recipes in this book! I checked it out from the library to test it before buying it, and I'm definitely adding it to my kitchen library. The fish dishes are especially good.

This cookbook has a couple of our family's all time favourite go to in a hurry recipes. Everything is so simple and delicious!
