A lot of really great information in this book. A lot of it is for Americans but definitely a lot I can use. I read through it pretty fast, but I'll definitely refer to this book again and again in the future.

There are a LOT of good tips in this book. However, there is also a lot of dated advice in this book which is why it is four stars rather than 5. If you read and use the book as one of many available tools it is an excellent resource, especially for people who have not worked at home before.

I'm 12 years into my own home-based business and this book still had some goodies for me. Super happy "Writing a Business Plan" was prominently featured. It's the most often skipped step in starting one's own business. And there was a detailed sample plan included. Anyone on the path to their own home-based bookkeeping or accounting practice, will find this an informative, helpful resource.

Great reference book

This is a well written and logically laid out book. It contains tons of useful information and examples. I am glad I purchased this as I can see myself referring to it a lot as I set up my bookkeeping practice.
