A solid set of short stories - a pleasant surprise. True, I'd read the tales of Gotrek and Felix as well as Genevieve in the past - and enjoyed them so much I'd read their entire bodies of work, but the authors new to me here are also quite good. I'll be looking for more titles by authors in this collection as well as looking for the other anthologies in this early Warhammer series.

Stephen Baxter has an excellent piece online about this history of this and subsequent Warhammer fiction available online on vectormagazine's website.
