This was a very average book and I did have some problem with the setup and the romance, basically how fast it went.
Alexa has started her cleaning business after her wealthy family went bankrupt and her marriage ended. She really wants to land the Jansen account so is cleaning herself when she finds Seth's twins on board.
Seth is all set for a new important meeting when he finds his ex has left his kids for him, he hires Alexa on the spot in exchange for discussing her business plans. He later extends it since he wants her.
Honestly, Seth was successful but still wanted more and I got that. Alexa had issues stemming from her childhood and so did Seth because of his failed marriage, I just felt they fell too fast for each other which was actually hard to believe.
Good book. Alexa had made her own life outside of her family's prior wealth, and was proud of her independence. She wanted a chance to pitch her cleaning business to the owner of Jansen Air. Meanwhile, Seth found himself in need of help with the twins. He offered her the chance to make her pitch, if she would help with the kids. They also realized they had a strong attraction to each other. Both of them also had trust issues. Seth's ex had cheated on him, and Alexa's parents had been less than wonderful to her. I liked the way the book ended, with the wedding taking place after they had taken the time to actually get to know each other.
i really wish i didn't have to read about more billionaires and their jets/yachts/whatever. i miss the old days when the H and h were real people, more or less. and the part where the hero's ex-wife just leaves 2 babies unattended in a jet plane to go off to a spa is so totally unbelievable, especially since the hero says she is a devoted mother.
I wonder if this genre will ever realize that running the gamut of a relationship () in about three to four days is not romantic. All it results in is me staring at the book with an awkward grimace at how ridiculous it is. And while a certain level of ridiculous is what I've come to expect from books such as these, it is pretty ubiquitous across the entire romance genre at this point (I'm finishing up a Nora Roberts romantic-suspense where the exact same thing happens).
I realize the Harlequin/Silhouette romance books are short reads but this book move forward so fast that I had whiplash! From normal strangers to I love yous in a weekend…just hard to believe. Lots going on for such a short story line.
I really enjoyed this book. It has to do with father of twins and he meets a girl that cleaning his Jet. Alexa want this Jets for her cleaning business. She was cleaning up the jets. When she did the found two babies in the airplane left unattended.
Seth return early to his plane. She do not know for sure. He come more into the place and Alexa let me know this children were attended in the plane. But there some connection between these two people. Seth asked to be a nanny for 24 hours but do things change or not. If you want to find out suggest picking up the book to read. I strongly suggest that you like Romance for though that up to you.
without even noticing i ended up reading what could have been a continuation of the series i just finished (The Landis Brothers and Rich, Rugged & Royal) here the author only mentioned the main character doing business with the Medinas and the Landis as well as attending their wedding, it does not give an update on any of them but it was a nice touch if you follow Catherine Mann's books. Nice read!
This was my first "romance" novel which I chose as a random audiobook to listen to. I enjoyed the story even if it was a little farfetched in its plot. There was a decent build up in the attraction of the two main characters and their growing sexual tension was definitely resolved...more than once too.
At first you think the hero is too superior and opinaited .. then you start to warm up to him little by little (I mean, hot, good looking, good physique, rich, pilot, have wonderful kids and treat them well and at last warm and thoughtful)
As for Heroine I felt a little bad for her but not as the author wanted us too.
I loved this story because neither person was perfect. Both came with their own set of issues but ma aged to work through them with the help of the other. The twins were sweet with a typical HEA to the story.
Catherine Mann rarely disappoints and she didn't here either.
A star for the good writing, one for Owen and one for Olivia. But being completely honest, the story was dull. I caught myself sometimes wanting to skip one or two paragraphs and get to the good stuff, to the action and climax. Which never came.
Short, cute and your typical billionaire book. I liked the strong heroine and how she made something of herself despite of what she went through. It's sweet how their individual imperfections made them perfect for each other. The cheesy ending was cute and romantic.
I always enjoy stories that involve babies. Only the babies are usually secrets from the hero. Not so in this story. The twins in this book were the children of a divorced hero.
A great romance. It's fast paced, with great characters and a believable storyline. If you enjoy quick contemporary romances then BILLIONAIRE'S JET SET BABIES is a MUST read for you.
3.5 stars The story was beautiful with a wonderful amount of emotions in it, but it was really too fast paced for me, I would have liked to read more about their story.
It was great read this in print form a couple of years ago so not so fresh in my memory but when I think back to it it was really sweet and had a HEA ending that settled well.
I didn't really buy into the supposed chemistry between the hero and heroine. There was too much angsty backstory for both of these characters, too. This was a DNF for me.
Objetivos claros pero difíciles de conseguir y mantenerlo, los niños van y desaparecen en la historia, tener una mama presento lo hace mas complicado pero igual de entretenido
