The idea is really nice, but it was too rushed for a short story, I wish if we explored more of Kristen character .. I feel we knew nothing about her except for her broken engagements, everything was moving too fast for my taste
This story was about as unrealistic as it could get, but was sweet enough to make you not care ... much. I just can't imagine any women reacting the way Kristen did after her ordeal. In fact, I would have expected Tony to be a bit more cautious as well. But, you can only put so much common sense (or lack thereof) in a short story, I guess.
I really likes that! That was so sweet and I liked how Tony blushed and how kristen didn't csre about his past or what other people thought and how she knew tae kwon doe! I didn't think I was going to like it that much but I was really satisfied. I love happy endings and looove. So close to a 4 for stars

A good read but without the flirty/witty banter in The Hot Girl's Friend. In this story reader's are introduced to Kristen and readers get to learn a little more about Tony who was introduced "The Hot Girl's Friend".
After reading " The Hot Girl's Friend" , I am so happy to read about Karen , after all the trouble she has been through dodging people to protect her friend I am glad for her to find her own happiness .
It was alright - I read it in 35 mins! I don't usually read that many short stories but I just felt like curling up with a short simple story. This story didn't have much of a complex plot but was nice to read.
This was a great story, and Lisa Scott did an amazing job. my only issue was that it was a little too perfect all the way around. i would say 4.5 stars
