A few awful characters, a couple decent ones and some good storylines.

This one had been sitting on TBR for too long, so I packed it and took it to Kos with me. It's years since I read anything by this author and I'd forgotton just how enjoyable her books are.

It's a really easy read but has a plausible plot and some great characters. Grace Mulcahy is the main character - not without her faults, she works too hard and sometimes neglects the more important things in life, but she's honest and loveable. Her business partner however is another story, she's a fraud, she's mean, she's self-centred - the perfect 'baddie' for the novel.

It's a little predictable in places, but the story is fast moving and never boring. I enjoyed this one and must look out for more of her recent books.

I found this book quite hard to get into. You are introduced to lots of people very early on and it got a bit confusing! However, once I had it figured out, I couldn't put the book down, definitely recommend!

There are more than a handful of spelling mistakes too!

I actually found this book annoying. The main character Grace was so naive, it irritated me all the way through the book. No wonder she got done over by so many people.

Yes, Grace makes herself a doormat to everyone in her life and the ending is slightly too neat. Fun little read, nevertheless.
