Mariah's not one of those girls who's never been kissed. Once. It seems like a thousand years ago. But Paul died, and Mariah thinks she'll never find anyone as special again.
She hadn't counted on the school play, though. Somehow her crazy friend Amy ropes her into working on the props. Before she knows it, Mariah's the understudy for the female lead! And she can't help but notice Dan Gordon, the male lead.
When Dan asks her out, Mariah doesn't know what to think. He's sweet and funny and understanding - but she can't forget Paul. His memory seems to always be between them.
Then Dan tires of being second best, and Mariah knows she must choose - between Dan who loves her now, and Paul who loved her first...
Another book I read in my teen years. This is the sequel to "P.S. I love you" and is pretty good. It continues the story of Mariah and how she learns to love again after Paul's death. I am always a sucker for a sequel, so i enjoyed it. I didn't read it as many times as the others I listed on here, but since it went with another book, I decided to add it anyway!
Wonderful story. Not to mussy. Young Adult. I read these books in high school and now own them and yes I reread now and them. Quick and easy read. Not normally my kind of book.
While not as good as it's predecessor, PS I Love You, it was still really good and did a good job of showing how people can move on even after losing someone so tragically.
A nice Sweet Dreams book with likeable characters. Nothing groundbreaking and not quite as good as PS I Love You but I liked seeing Mariah move on after tragically losing her first love.
Sequel to the earlier SD book PS I Love You follows the tale of Mariah and her young life and romances - everything seems so much more serious when your younger and so much more dramatic. It was OK - nothing out of the ball park so to speak but better than a lot of others.
I am simply not going to be able to rate these accurately, as read them all so long ago. I think I loved them all, but I cannot remember if I would rank one over the other.
