I've been using the massage and stretching techniques shared in the book with my daughter and she loves it. We do the exercises during the day and the massage is part of our night time routine. When I finish the massage at bedtime, my daughter rarely puts up a fight to go to sleep. She is usually very relaxed and falls asleep very quickly.

A good primer for how to give your baby a massage to encourage bonding, soothe and promoting well being. Book is divided into key techniques, everyday care, massage for different ages, and how to use massage to ease common problems.

I would recommend this book for any new moms or moms to be that want to learn the technique of bonding with their baby over a massage. It also draws on oriental wisdom and reinforces some of the techniques that "grandmothers" swear by.

I want the best for my baby. Massages are a great way to bond and to feel loved. It's great for both mommy and baby and it's got fantastic health benefits. I got this book to learn how to give my daughter a proper massage. She loved it so much we then registered for some real classes at a local university. If you are looking to bond with your child this is a great book.

This book has wonderful color pictures and very good explanations for how to give a good massage to an infant. I found the comments helpful as well, giving suggestions on types of oils to use, specific massages for constipation and teething pain, etc. A very helpful book!

My son loved baby massage, we still use some of the techniques we learned to calm him down before bed on those days he is a whirling-dervish!
