I read the book Taylor swift. This is her most up to date biography. I really loved this book. I am a huge fan of Taylor Swift, so it was really gool to be able to get to know her better. One thing I really liked was the way they told her journy to stardom. I really think she is a great role model for other girls because she isn't into all the cussing and she sings good songs. I think this book really shows the true Taylor swift. It talks about her childhood and her today. I love also that it talked about the music icons that she was inspired by. This book is also filled with pictures! I love the visualizations! I really liked hearing some of her experiences. I loved this book.
I rated it 5 stars because I think it is really a good book, with the pictures, the stories and the story line it definetly deserves 5 stars!
I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good read and someone that like biography's. Also someone who want to know more about Taylor Swift.

This was gifted to me and I obviously had to read it. I loved the details on T-Swiz, but there were so many typos throughout this book that had me chuckling. Two typos I can remember were "Tom McGraw" and mixing up Nick and Joe Jonas in a photo blurb.

The book, ’Taylor Swift’ By Andrew Vaughan is a biography about one of the most popular pop stars on this planet. Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13, 1989, in Pennsylvania. Her parents are Scott Kingsley Swift and Andrea Swift. Taylor also has a brother named Austin Swift. While growing up, Taylor was bullied at school and had no friends for liking country music. Taylor even tried to get into soccer to impress her friends but she did not like it at all. At 14 years old, Taylor went to Nashville to try to make her dream of becoming a singer come true. She and her mother went on a road trip hoping to come back with a signed record deal. Growing up, Taylor lived on a farm and loved to ride her horses everywhere, it was a second passion for her. Before signing to her record label, Taylor sang in small town singing competitions where she won most of the time. She won her first singing competition at 11 years old. Today Taylor is a 26-year-old pop and country singer and is one of the most popular human beings on this planet. She is a Grammy award winner and has fans all around the world that will continue to support her during her journey.

I chose to read this book because I had a lot of questions about Taylor that I wanted an answer to. First, I wanted to know about the conditions that Taylor grew up in and if these conditions affect her music. The book did, in fact, answer this question, Taylor grew up on a farm and loved to ride her horses which is probably why she loves country music so much. I also wanted to know all about Taylor’s family, in the book, the readers got to learn about her father, mother, and brother. A person can tell this book is a biography because the author of this book is talking about Taylor Swift’s life, childhood, and career. Finally, one really important lesson to learn from Taylor’s life is that everyone can achieve their dreams if they work hard for them.

My favorite part of the book, ’Taylor Swift’ By Andrew Vaughan is when Taylor won her first competition at 11 years old. Taylor sang the first song that she wrote herself with the help of a technician who had taught her three chords on the guitar. The song Taylor wrote and sang was called “Lucky you” and also caught the eye of a record label who later signed her. However, My least favorite part of this biography was when Taylor’s mother, Andrea Swift was diagnosed with a life-threatening cancer. To this day, Andrea is still fighting for her life and prays that she will survive her cancer. I recommend this book to anyone who knows Taylor Swift and would be interested in learning more about her life.

I read this book to my reading buddy one day when she brought it. I liked it because she liked it. She was very excited to read it to me. This book gave insight in showing Taylors life from a young normal girl. She was raised on a farm, and at the age of twelve begin singing in town events. This book had a dominant theme of not giving up. Taylor didn't give up on her singing and soon became recognized around the world. This was a lengthy read for readers from 4-8th grade who are interested in Taylor Swift.

It's fun to learn more about one of my favorite artists. This book isn't entirely focused on Taylor, you also learn about her favorite artists. Also alot of beautiful pictures are used. But I think if you're a fan, you already know some stuff already. But it's an amazing book for Taylor Swift fans like me.
