Easy to read, much in the manner of "The Goal", which introduces the reader to Lean Sigma concepts through a novelisation of the process.
It has many of the same problems as The Goal - it's not very well written, the characters are fairly unbelievable and uniformly positive towards all of the innovations once their eyes have been opened by the protagonist to the glories of LS.
So, a brief & cheap introduction, but unless you only have a superficical interest in LS, you're going to need much more detail than is provided here
