Feedback about this book depends on you expectations. If you expect comprehensive JIRA Administration manual or tutorial, it's really NOT a case. On other hand book contains really useful suggestions and tips based on hands-on author experience. That's kind of small knowledge base of usual mistakes, best practices and so on. In general book is not bad and could be very useful for experienced JIRA admin looking for solutions of some typical issues.
