It's an insight in to the ups and downs, highs and lows and the funny and interesting events that have occurred to the author throughout a long career within the industry spanning over three decades, and counting. It also demonstrates the changes made within the industry to improve the welfare of animals. A keen amateur naturalist who has cheated death and saved the lives of many creatures in the pursuance of a hobby into a professional vocation.
