Eerey Tocsin #1

Eerey Tocsin in the Cryptoid Zoo

Rate this book
A wonderful and exciting story for children of all ages. "It has been a long, long time, since I've encountered such original characters as Eridona "Eerey" Toscin, her werewolf-like cousin, Edict and their amazing mutant friends. From Eerey's pet prehistoric spider, Eightball, to the adventurous organtaur, Loofah, this book is simply crammed with wonder and imagination leagues removed from other such books." Ron Fortier - Writer of "Popeye" and "The Green Hornet" for Now Comics, and "Peter Pan: Return to Neverland" for Malibu Comics.

The following novel contains people in a quest usually found in the fantasy genre, a bit of science fiction and a dash of adventure. In other words it is a fun read and a real page turner. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed reading this book as it is categorized as a book children.

The book consists so trivia and interesting facts. I needed both a dictionary and Wikipedia to navigate through the following book.

If you wish to encourage someone of young age to science adventure; then this book is written for that purpose. The only inaccurate fact of the whole book can be found in the back cover. It states; "A wonderful and exciting story for children of all ages." I disagree with this statement completely. This book is a wonderful read not only for children but for those who are children at heart.

Now to get my hands on the second book of the series.

Loved this book! It took me back to the wonderfully whacky world of Eva Ibbotson's "Dial a ghost" and other children's books. Will definitely be buying these and saving them for my kids!
