This one was a gift along with the other, I had this one before but it was lent out and never came home!

This is the by far the best vegetarian cookbook I've discovered. My husband actually found this in the bargain bin for $3 at Barnes and Noble. What a great find!

Loved this when I was vegetarian, loved it when I was not. Loved it when I could eat regularly, love it now - recipes convert easily and are GOOD!
