Most of these recipes aren't what I consider "quick.". Although I may try a couple of these recipes, it wasn't what I was expecting.

Alot of the recipes aren't as "quick" as they should be for a book about quick foods. However there are some fabulous recipes in here. The Cider and Thyme Chiken is delicious. Some of the recipes do call for some obscure ingredients and not all of those obscure ingredients get footnotes to describe what it is, where you can obtain it and if their are any substitutes you can use.
