Room and Board
James, a college grad student takes a job as a housekeeper for an older, very attractive woman, who pays him a salary, plus room and board. He discovers that his employer is unlike any woman he's ever met and, as he later learns, prefers her young men in panties. She slowly feminizes him and helps him discover that he is a sissy.

A sensual and exceptional start to the story just leaves you at the edge of your seat. Sara Desmarais always knows how to write in this genre, her work is so good that you will be disappointed by other authors for subjects like feminization. For this story however i thought it got a little shaky towards middle to the end. Worth a read nonetheless.

A story by Sara Desmarais and a wonderful one at that!
If you like "sissification, emasculation, cuckolding, domination, etc", this is the book for you. I almost could not put it down. There were so many wonderful visions from this book. I don't want to spoil it for you but if you were ever interested in what is in the mind of a sissy/cuckhold or his Mistress or his Girlfriend (Mistress), this one is for you.
Some of the scenes were so great that I so wished I was the one in the book, even the scene with Julia, Imelda, Amanda, and James/Jamie in the basement - I got so excited! But I don't want to spoil the fun for you the reader.

If you like sissification, emasculation, cuckolding, domination, etc. this is one of the best books I have read. The characters are well described and the argument traps you from the first to the last page.

Sara Desmarais really catches me with her words. She hits the nail on the head when it comes to describing the mental struggles of the sissy. There is so much denial, and the comments are so true for James: "I love women, I am not gay, I am a man, and so on." These statements, on the surface, can all be true. In reality, it is dancing around with semantics and not what is. "I love women, well, this is true in part. Have you been with a woman? Have you made love with a woman? Do women seek you out for your sexual prowess? On the surface, James loves women, but the Jamie part of James, the sissy half, is sexually pushed aside. You can see these patterns and truths played out in her writing. In reading, I find a reality. This is worth the read. It is enjoyable. It ends on a HEA. The very last section is an add-on, and though it completes the story, it leaves the reader with questions. Good question that any sissy like Jamie will have forever. 5 stars, there are typos and other errors, but do they really matter if you can get through the story?

It's a very long and thoroughly written story with an extremely good initiation and buildup, and great character reactions in the beginning. It could even be a masterpiece of Femdom erotica.
Sadly, somewhat halfway in the book the ultra slow pacing and completely useless interludes by unconnected characters' integration into the story halts the story progression completely. At that stage it becomes ultra boring. Reading this further then becomes a real chore. As the story is very long, we want to read the ending. What's even more irritating, the author seemed to have no idea how to bring forth the ending using the same POV. Therefore, she changed the POV, which kind of destroyed the climax as well.
Nevertheless, the story is fun read for some greatly written passages and scenes, and its extremely good early chapters.

A fantastic and beautiful story, I could not put it down once I started reading, so many twists and turns, a sequel continuing their ongoing lives would be fantastic,
This book is a credit to the author, I enjoyed a change in our marriage, but this was on another level.
