Begins with a revelatory yet succinct overview. Nice variety; instructions that are basic, but come from genuine talent. Zucchini and Ricotta, Fontina and Walnut; Asparagus, Peas, and Basil; Eggplant, Pine Nuts, and Tomato...

Needed more car chases and sex scenes, but the recipes were largely delicious. #SummerofRisotto
