Callem Winterfrost. Tara Newlands is an avid dreamer whose active night time nocturnal dream travels guided her to create her first novel, The Dream King, she as also penned several urban fantasies interracial romance fiction tales as well as romances written under her pen name. An alumnus of Pima College in Arizona, Tara lived in Tucson gradating high school from Amphitheatre.
