About the author

Sierra Wilson started talking early and has been a storyteller ever since. She loves to teach and work with children, and this love has shaped her life from working as a junior high/high school English teacher and children’s art teacher to serving as a church children’s leader and a mother. Sierra is passionate about writing, art, hiking, family time, and eating entirely too much chocolate. She currently lives with her husband and three young children in the prairies of Alberta, where she is a toddler-chaser by day and a writer/artist by night.

10 Little Disciples by Sierra Wilson is an absolutely adorable book. It has bright and vibrant pictures that children will love and the counting combined with the story of the disciples is absolutely charming. A quick and easy read, this story is perfect for youngsters just learning how to read, or for little ones who might just enjoy the engaging and bright pictures.

Ten Little Disciples is a very cute book. It has a positive message on being and doing good. We follow 10 little children as they go about helping others. At each stop, one disciple leaves the group to help someone else.

The book is told in rhyme and has adorable illustrations. I wish I had this book when my kids were children.

This is a sweet book appropriate for young children that illustrates how they can be a disciple of Jesus. I liked the examples it gave and the scripture references with thought provoking questions at the end of the book. I can see the discussion about following Jesus it would prompt when being read together with an adult. The counting and rhyming make it appealing and fun. The illustrations are pretty basic, but also cute and colorful. It's an important topic for Christians of all ages!

This adorable picture book not only teaches counting down from 10 to 0, but also demonstrates in a sweet way what a disciple of Jesus Christ looks like in terms of following his teachings. The text runs smoothly and makes for easy reading. The illustrations show the disciples on their journey as one by one they stop to help people along the way. Eventually they meet up again to listen to the Savior teach. This is a cute book, perfect for helping children learn about what following Jesus Christ really means. Several scriptures describing some of Jesus' teachings are included at the end.

This cute book will be fun for little kids! It introduces kids to discipleship and numbers. The book is easy to read and understand. It's a book kids will enjoy listening to over and over again. I love the diversity shown in the illustrations and how the illustrations are attractive and kid friendly. The rhymes are cute and the illustrations are adorable. This is an adorable kid's books that kids will enjoy listening to and reading.

10 Little Disciples is a cute book with wonderful illustrations! But more than that it teaches children about being like Jesus in a way they can understand. I loved the simple and easy way Wilson shared about being a disciple. The book follows ten children as they do good and help others. It really shows kids that they can do good in the world today. The illustrations were so cute and young children will love this book! I received a copy of this book for free; all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Ten Little Disciples is full of basic human kindness, giving children ideas of how to be like Jesus. It's also a counting book! We see young boys and girls helping others, spreading kindness, and many other small acts that impact another's life.

Anyone who wants their children to have Jesus in their lives will love this book. The illustrations are simple but powerful. I love how the book is multiracial.

I highly recommend this story.
