Loved this book! So many great ideas to help your youth group thrive and grow! Some of these ideas and strategies won’t help if your youth group is under 20-30 students, bite nonetheless, this is such a good and inspiring read.

Thought-provoking with lots of practical ideas that are easily implemented but, helpfully, cost-effective.

Jeanne Mayo is a genius in the field of youth ministry. No one can argue that. And her ideas about creating a friendship culture are great, but many of her other methods and ideas are not sustainable for smaller churches. This book is worth the read, but be sure to examine each of Jeanne Mayo's ideas--some are complete and utter brilliance, others are impractical.

Some good ideas for tapping inot kids desire for true friendships and how to get your youth group working in that direction... would've liked to hear more about how the group works towards sustainable faith beyond the freindship paradigm of the youth group....

Great practical how-to book on creating a friendship culture in your youth ministry. My only issue is that it's too short at points, I would have liked a lot more details.

Best book I've ever read for youth ministry. Every new youth pastor should be given a copy before getting things started.
