Have you ever puzzled over a Christian organization's doctrinal statement? How it reads so different than the Scripture it claims to represent? We're told that it is necessary because the Bible doesn't have a comprehensive doctrinal statement. Now, that's an interesting comment when you consider that the original authors must have been so neglectful as to leave out this supposedly all-important statement. Or did they? This book is a discovery of observation and explanation of the actual doctrinal statement that is found in Scripture AND how it tends to oppose many of our "extra-Biblical" doctrinal statements.

This is the condensed edition which does not contain the appendices and extra material in the original book. It has just the Bibilical Doctrinal Statement study chapters.
