This book was easy to digest and gives a great overview of Tae Kwon Do. Everything I read in here seemed to be in alignment with my experience in the art. There were also some great pictures throughout. This book was super readable and entertaining. If you are interested in the art, this gives some great history and gives some great pointers.

I am a word person. Tell me something in words and I can begin to internalize it. (Getting my body to obey is a whole other thing, of course!) This book agrees with the great majority of the teachings at my school. A great help as a beginner's guide to anyone taking up martial arts.
