A predictable thriller about a Middle Eastern country attempting to infiltrate and undermine the United States government. You get to find out the how fairly early in the book, and once I learned who, about two thirds of the way through, I lost interest. After those questions were answered I could see our hero (Dr Jason Andrews) was going to save the day and win the girl.

"Fatal Analysis" presents an interesting but horrifying concept in how the United States government could be controlled and even overtaken by hostile forces. While it is a gripping portrayal of a possibility, and is difficult to put down, the story lacks depth. There are enough stretches of what one would expect under somewhat normal circumstances, I had difficulty with the suspension of disbelief that would have allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the read. Regardless, it is definitely worth reading just for an enjoyable story with an unlikely but possible plot that includes plenty of intrigue at the highest levels.
