That is a great book by the superb researcher Colin Andrews, the authors write clearly on all aspects of the event and analyze the event under the scientific lens. The authors are quite conservative in terms of indicating who is the most likely responsible, and the ETH is the most likely, though they do not state it clearly, the book also provides several examples of the phenomena, and how it progresses, and also the most typical differences between the original crop circles and the man-made ones.
