this is one of the few good books i accidentally come across.. and let me just say that i NEED IT..

the books isn't boasting you or inflaming u with fake words like most books do.. it has a scientific approach. giving an identification to the meaning of personality.. and the development of it..

so basically.. personality is like a bundle box containing your character, your behavioral traits and attitude.

so personality development naturally means developing your attitude (having a positive, win-win attitude), your character traits ( integrity, discipline and dedication) and finally your behavioral traits ( communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and finally, stress and time management)

of course u can boast your personality with all of those in a matter of days. but basing all of that on a weak character. is like building a house of cards.. all of your good qualities will fall and crumble when you face a certain situation or pressure.. so its important for traits to grow ( like a tree it needs solid ground) develop and improve in a well based character.

the author talks about type of personalities ( nine: perfectionist, adventurous, romantic, peace- maker, asserters, observers, questioner, achiever and helper) how to improve personality ( communication skills and such.. talking in further detail about each skill and attitude

When dealing with others
Ethos: your Ethics
Pathos: your feelings
Logos: reasoning

Developing oneself:
Be pro-active: work on which you can change
Begin with the end: have a clear vision
Fix your priorities
Seek first to understand n then be understood
Win-win mantra: u win good for u, u lost, well u still learned Ur lesson..
