The book convers the high level aspects of NoSQL database.
It helps you in choosing the right one (on sticking with RDBMS ones) for the job.
Once you've decided which one to use for the job, pick a book that goes into details.
it's a 4 stars for me, because I got what I've expected.

In essence books feels like a compilation of various beginner tutorials on different nosql out there. Practically useless

Good for beginner, but it's required a little bit knowledge about Hadoop HDFS and/or Java. It's very good if the book was designed with a special chapter talk more about realtime analysis on NoSql
