Too Much 'Ado' is a poetry collection by Tony Angelo that comprises 26 poems that address some of the world's major prejudices, such as racism, homosexuality, and children with disabilities. Tony Angelo speaks to the heart with a beautiful voice, reminding us that relationships can be challenging. According to the author, some people live their relationships in their heads rather than their hearts. They overthink things and overanalyze how things are going or what they should do next. They may 'rate' the health or success of their relationship in their heads. They divide their relationship down into sections and try to see each one separately - communication, caring, sex, looks, motherhood, number of shared goals, and so on. Their relationship with the other person is continually monitored and evaluated, much like a student's academic progress over the course of a year. Another thing I learned from the book is that getting deep is difficult! Our romantic relationships are, for many of us, the most vulnerable partnerships we've ever had. We may have shared some of our most private thoughts or moments with our partner that we have never shared with anyone else. If either of you has trouble being intimate emotionally, intellectually, or physically, this could be one of the reasons your relationship is struggling. In a healthy relationship, the degree of emotional openness required might be overwhelming! So take it easy. Set boundaries that are comfortable and secure for both of you, and make sure you both understand them. One of the most crucial aspects of a healthy relationship is open communication, but remember to respect each other's mental space as well. Finally, having a great relationship isn't about being a perfect match for another person. It's also not about someone else completing an unfinished you. You and your companion are already whole and whole in your current state. A piece of writing that has helped me to extend my perspective on relationships. Recommend to anyone interested in learning about relationships and how to keep them in good shape.
