This is not the main Book and in no way intends to replace it, it is however a SUMMARY that was calmly and marvelously written by Anna Charles Relays the author's message in a simplified manner. written in simple English language that can be grasped by people of all levels. sufficiently summarizes some salient point that you were likely to miss out on. it is pocket-friendly and equally time friendly yet priceless. 🌿🌸 So,so,so appreciative of this wonderful book by Sara Mednick !!
I sincerely wish I had read it 10~ no 20 years ago ! I sincerely feel like I have my life back for the first time in decades and I’ve never looked or felt younger and I’m 70 years old !
Grade schoolers need to be taught this ~ no preschoolers need to be taught the merits of the downstate !
I never realized I was always in the upstate and not much in the downstate.
Now I know how to reap the benefits during the day and when I’m sleeping, thru the wonderful activities and information that Miss Mednick has outlined in her life altering book.
So much is contained in this book and it’s all easily doable, and it sure beats the zombie life I was living before I embraced this new way to fully live, thanks to all the screens & the radiation from our new upside down society !
