I was thrilled to find one of Piero di Cosimos' paintings at the Ashmolean Museum. Whistler and Bonnford's booklet enhanced the experience providing a scholarly essay to enjoy on site and to bring home as a souvenir. The booklet refers to two complementary panels at the Met in NY . I believe the 'Fogg Art Museum, Cambridge, MA has another similarly allegorical work by di Cosimo.
