A good cross-section of recipes from Tyler Florence. I'd recommend this book for anyone wanting to cook like Tyler. The recipes are straight-forward, not too complicated, and come out dependably well.

This book has a great first section which contains recipes for only 2 people, which is nice if you're single or don't have kids. There's also a beautiful brunch section and a sushi section for the Japanophiles out there. My favorite recipes include: Steak salad, Caramel Apple Croissant French Toast, Horseradish, herb-Crusted Prime Rib. Skip the crab cakes.

Veery good selection of recipes combined with a lot of good know-how makes this a real gem of a cookbook. Tyler has a way of making you want to make the recipe and do equally as well as he does it

Very straightforward recipes and reads like the very wholesome Tyler Florence. Nothing too fancy here or will take hours in the kitchen or needs special tools. This is everyday cooking taken up a notch.

There are some good recipes in this book, however, you definitely learn more from Tyler by watching his shows or seeing him in person.

You don't really read a cookbook! But Tyler knows his stuff and is probably one of the best male Chefs out there! Great Holiday Meals here too!

I wasn't inspired, and a number of the recipes seemed overly fussy despite the fact that they said they weren't.
