Cancer. That’s all it takes for Sophie to shut the door on the most important part of her life. After three years as Ben’s submissive, she says her safe word and returns his collar. But fate won’t let her face the fight alone. David steps into her life as her best friend and submissive.
Sophie may know how to use a flogger, but she’s not a Domme. She’s a sub, too scared to give up control, and David knows it. Sophie still aches to submit and if David can’t give that to her, he’s brave enough to approach the one man who can help them both.
Benjamin. He’s never given up on his submissive, even when she pushed him away and began building a life without him. The world is a lonely place without romance. It took me too many years to figure that out, but now that I have, I hope to infect others with its splendor. I’ve always loved the paranormal -- vampires, demons, angels, were-creatures and more. I also love a spicy tale and writing stories that are both has been the greatest adventure -- beyond parenthood and marriage -- that I have ever embarked upon. Sharing it with you makes it all the greater. Come visit me at www.forlorn-hope.net

Ahhh Brindle you have done it again....Great read...

Brindle Chase has an enormous gift. He is a story teller and his mind seems to flit from topic to topic like a butterfly going from flower to flower. The wondrous thing is, he can put to paper a well written story, that is exciting, sexy, loving or dark. What ever the mood strikes..
Princess Mine is a Fairytale of sorts. A Princess who goes out on the night of the lunar cycle to tempt. She is not sure what awaits if she gets caught, but she is in it right now for the chase.
Brindle has written a torrid, sexy story to tempt you. A fantasy love between Elf and Human. Brindle Chase has built a beautiful, sensual world with a hot sexy werewolf and the Princess Briareth’lianna exploring their lust and then their love in this erotic story. Try it I dare you!!!!

Werewolves, eleven royalty, a forbidden mating and even a goblin make for a sexy paranormal romance sprinkled with some fantasy.

What could be better than a story about a male and female who frequently watch each other and once a month play a game of chase where the stakes are high but the rewards are even better. Then to find out each has loved the other from afar for more than three and half years even though their love and mating is forbidden by both their peoples. Such a sweet and poignant story.

Brindle Chase writes very hot sensual scenes which take place in some fun places.

This is a very quick read, readable in one sitting.

I adored this story and think paranormal romance, fantasy and werewolf genre fans will enjoy it as well.

REVIEW
Briar is an Elvin princess that lives for the chase. Da even is a human were ling that doesn't mind chasing. In their respective worlds their kind don't mix. But under the light of a full moon Briar teases Da even's animal senses until he catches her. She wants him to claim her, but they both know her Elf kingdom would disown her.

Briar thinks Daeven just used her to take her virginity when he refuses to claim her after their first time together. But he knows her family would never except them. She is devastated. I like that this is their story. There is no plot other than them dealing with how to be together. To get away from everything and build a life together. The perfect blend of love and sex after years of chasing. I love it!

Without giving much more away. What I liked about this paranormal quickie was the typical characters were lovable. It  is always refreshing when you are a fan of a certain genre. And tend to read it a majority of the time. When you can find stories that entertain you and that you need a cold drink for. I would read this again right away  if I didn't have several other books to review :) that said, this will be a keeper and a  re read for me I am sure.

This was my first read from Mr. Chase and I have to say for a novella I found Princess Mine to be an adorable read. With fun and interesting characters the message is clear ... the heart wants what the heart wants no matter the species or creature.

Princess Mine is a very sexy read from beginning to end. I really hated to see the end of this book, I just so in to it.

The way that Daeven chased Briar threw the forest, kept you on the edge wondering if he would ever catch her or not. You where afraid to know what would happen to her if he did catch her. Briar and Daeven know that their love is forbidden but once they get a taste, their passion just inflames and that’s it for them.

Brindle knows how to write a story and his words just flow off the page. He takes you on an adventure that makes your heart beat fast. He also shows you the trials you have to go through for true love when everything is stacked up against you. Love is really worth it in the end. I really loved reading Princess Mine.

This was a delight to read. The romance was so moving and real. When Daeven said to Briar, "Briar". His voice was gentle and his gaze shimmered in the pale moonlight. 'My soul, my heart and my spirit ....already belong to you", I almost lost it. Brindles writing about romance can melt a persons heart. The sex was hot and sizzling! A must read.

I've read a few of Brindle Chase's stories, and this one was different from the others. I think most of what I've read of his is contemporary, whereas this is paranormal. While this was a really sweet story of love between two people who shouldn't have been attracted to each other, much less in love, it wasn't great for me. I think a lot of it was the style of language used. It fit the story, being about elves and werelings, but it didn't evoke sensuality to me. I'm not sure if I'm conveying this well because I'm not sure how to verbalize it. There was lots of sex, and lots of sweet words between the two characters, it just wasn't super steamy to me. I loved that Briar wasn't willing to give Daeven up, even if it meant losing everything she knew. I loved that Daeven was trying to protect her from that. I also loved that even though a werewolf killed her mother, Briar didn't hold it against all werelings, as did her father. I do wish her father had come around, though.

Princess Mine captured my attention from the first word to the last! Brindle Chase is a gifted storyteller, effortlessly weaving in suspense, danger and sizzling passion. Yowza! Can this man write a hot sex scene! I felt as if I was in the ancient forest of Drearwood because of how well Mr. Chase paints the scene.

If you love an alpha hero who's more than up for the challenge of capturing and winning the heart of his true mate...you'll love Princess Mine!

This started off promising with an exciting chase scene....but then devolved into a series of sex scenes with very little story to hold it together.
