Do cuối năm nghiện game nên lơ là sách vở, giờ mới hoàn thành cuốn này. Cá nhân mình tiếp thu được rất nhiều điều bổ ích và thực dụng từ những gì sách viết, tác giả khái quát hoá và "bắt trúng bệnh" trong phong cách quản trị của các sếp cũ mình và cả mình nữa. Mong sớm tìm được công việc cấp quản lý để thử nghiệm và áp dụng những gì đã thấm nhuần.
